Trademark Notice & Brand Use Policy

This notice identifies the intellectual property of Music-Performance Sports League, LLC ("MPSL") associated with the Music-Performance Sports ("MPS") platform and the Song vs Song Sports League ("SvS").

1. MPSL Brands

The following are brands associated with MPSL. The status of each mark is listed in the Trademark records and is shown with the appropriate symbol: ™ for claimed or pending marks, and ® only where MPSL has specifically confirmed registration. The absence of a symbol does not imply abandonment of rights.

Potential marks include: Music-Performance Sports; MPS; Music-Performance Sports League; MPSL; Song vs Song; Song vs Song Sports League; SvS; MPS-Athlete; SUPER MIC; Silver Mic; Golden Mic; Music-Sports Expo; MPX; associated logos; championship branding; league branding; and other MPSL-owned brand assets.

2. Use of MPSL Marks

MPSL marks may not be used without prior written authorization from MPSL, except as expressly permitted. Authorized use must comply with MPSL branding requirements.

3. Trademark Status

Trademark status is tracked as: claimed, pending, or registered. MPSL does not assert registration status for any mark unless that mark has been specifically confirmed as registered in the system. Do not draw legal conclusions about registration based solely on a brand being listed.

4. Third-Party Trademarks

Third-party marks, including Spotify and Apple Music, remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this platform implies that Spotify, Apple, or any third party sponsors, owns, or endorses MPS/SvS unless an actual agreement permits that representation. Users must follow applicable third-party branding requirements.

5. Reporting Misuse

Reports of unauthorized or improper brand use may be submitted to MPSL through the contact information in the Legal & Privacy section.

6. Changes

MPSL may update this notice as brand status changes. Updates are reflected in the Last Updated date.
