How it works
- 1Create an account or sign in
Your Scout role is added to your existing account — Fan, Artist, Prospect, Player, and other roles are preserved.
- 2Accept the Scout Program Terms
Review and accept the published program terms to activate your Scout role.
- 3Receive a unique referral link and code
Every Scout gets a stable, unique referral link and code for attribution.
- 4Invite artists and track prospects
Add the artists you contact, follow up, and watch registrations come through your link.
- 5Earn commissions on qualifying registrations
When a referred artist completes an eligible paid game or draft registration and the payment clears, your commission is verified and paid.
Choose Your Scouting Path
Where would you like to recruit? Every Scout enrolls as one of two types.
National Scout
Recruit artists across the United States for eligible SvS games and drafts. No regional assignment needed.
Regional Scout
Focus on recruiting artists within a selected region or franchise territory, chosen from a league-managed list. Regional assignments are a recruiting focus, not an exclusive territory.
Both Scout types receive:
- A unique referral link and code
- Access to the private Scout Dashboard
- Prospect tracking and registration reminders
- $15 per qualifying paid referral registration, subject to the program commission rules
